PAIA gives you the right to request access to records we hold, subject to the grounds for refusal set out in the Act and in our manual. Access to your own personal information is free of charge. Other requests may attract a prescribed fee.

1. Complete the prescribed PAIA request form (Form 2), available from the Information Regulator at https://inforegulator.org.za/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/InfoRegSA-PAIA-Form02-Reg7.pdf.
2. Send the completed form to our Information Officer, using the contact details above.
3. Describe the record you want and the right you are seeking to exercise, and give us enough detail to identify the record and to contact you.
4. Where a fee applies, we will give you a written estimate before we do the work. Access to your own personal information is free.
